Company structure
We're one of three divisions of Allied Milling and Baking, along
with Allied Mills and
Speedibake.
Together we employ around 5,500 people.
Allied Milling and Baking is part of Associated British
Foods (ABF) Plc, a major international manufacturer of branded
grocery products, many of which are market-leading household
names.
Our people work in the field, at our national network of
bakeries and depots, and at Kingsmill Place, our head office, where
we have the following functions, each headed by a Board
Director:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Operations
- Logistics
- HR
- Finance
We're a decentralised business that aims to put decision-making
at the lowest possible level. To support that aim, we're organised
nationally, with the centre setting our strategic direction - and
we operate regionally through our 10 regions, each led by a General
Manager.
The regional team includes Manufacturing, Engineering,
Logistics, Commercial - which heads up regional sales - HR and
Finance.
