natural extension of our passion for quality, the
Care Line was launched by Allied in 2004
Staffing our Care Line are up to five Consumer Care
Advisers and a Team Leader all trained to give consistent,high
quality service to our consumers.
We see the Care Line as a vital link between the people
who eat our products and us.
The Care Line’s role is to court and encourage
loyalty, ensuring that in each and every call the consumer
is treated with respect and empathy, turning feedback
into a positive experience.
We also feed back consumer comments and trends through
to the commercial and technical teams in Allied to
aid them in the development and innovation of existing
and new products and procedures.
In summary - we are the ears, eyes and voice of Allied
Bakeries and their consumers and as such have a unique
role within the business.
