As part of FTSE 100’s Associated British Foods, we’re a business with a lot to offer.

We’re performing well in a dynamic and demanding environment, but we’re not stopping there – we have ambitious plans to continue to grow our business. In 2006 we completed the largest investment programme in UK bakery and today we’re using that advantage to grow our portfolio of great products and bakery services.

So, do you want to join a large dynamic business with big plans for the future? Do you want to work in a fast-moving workplace where people are the most important ingredient? If you’re ready for a new challenge, you’re at the right place!

Whichever role at whichever of our sites, you’ll soon feel part of our team and will have the chance to make a difference to the success of this large, competitive, ever-changing business. You’ll work with great people and fantastic products. And as our business develops and succeeds through performance improvement, you’ll grow and develop too.

Join us and you won’t just go through the motions. We encourage accountability and autonomy. Ideas are listened to and your contribution will be valued, rewarded and recognised.

Grocery Graduate Scheme

We also recruit as part of the Associated British Foods Grocery Graduate Scheme. The scheme is designed to give you relevant experience and the stretch to become one of our future leaders. Our businesses are agile and will allow you the autonomy to shape your time on the programme. You’ll receive plenty of support along the way, but you will be required to drive your own career.

We have five different graduate programmes available across Supply Chain and Operations, Customer Development, Engineering, Marketing and Technical. Find out more at www.abf-grocery-grads.com

Apprenticeships

Our apprentices are part of the wider ABF grocery scheme which is open to both new and existing colleagues. Our apprentices get access to registered training providers who help them focus on getting professional qualifications in a range of areas, including engineering, manufacturing, digital and technical. Apprentices are able to learn on the job, getting hands-on experience in role at the same times as working towards a recognised qualification.
